- Answer calls and provide general information to our many stakeholders
- Enter payroll and timekeeping transactions into the SAM II HR Payroll System
- Maintain employee files
- Assist with position maintenance
- Run payroll reports utilizing access as well as creating reports
- Other duties as assigned to assist staff with various HR projects
- Proficient with Access and Excess
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality
- Adept at proofreading and business writing
- Possess good oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
This position will be located at: 912 Wildwood Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109.
